These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all painting services provided by Nolan Painting LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By requesting or receiving our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services Offered

Nolan Painting LLC provides residential and commercial painting services, including interior and exterior work, surface preparation, and finishing. We do not provide services for mobile homes.

2. Scheduling and Payment

Appointments are scheduled by phone.Payment is due upon completion unless a different agreement is made in writing before the job begins.We accept standard forms of payment (cash, check, or card—please confirm with the technician).

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel appointments at any time. Advance notice is appreciated.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To help us complete work efficiently and safely, customers must:

Ensure clear access to work areas, both indoors and outdoors.Remove or protect valuables and fragile items in painting areas.Pay the full balance upon job completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work for reasons including but not limited to:

Unsafe or hazardous conditionsRequests beyond the scope of our servicesInaccessible workspacesDisruptive or disrespectful conduct

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our materials—including logos, text, photos, and branding—is the property of Nolan Painting LLC and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions due to weather, property access issues, or other factors outside our control. Services are provided as-is. Guarantees only apply when explicitly stated in writing.
