Our History
The Nolan Painting legacy began with John Nolan, who founded the family business in San Jose during the 1960s. His dedication to craftsmanship and honest service laid the foundation for what would become a multi-generation painting dynasty. In the 1980s, John relocated to Northern Nevada, where he and his son Gary Nolan opened shop in Carson City, continuing the family tradition built on reputation. In 1997, leadership passed to Jacob Nolan, who has carried the business forward while preserving the values and standards established by previous generations. Today, Nolan Painting remains a family-driven company rooted in experience, pride, and community, with plans for the tradition to continue as the reins are eventually passed to the next generation, Caiden Nolan.
